Just a odd trip.

As usual we start at the Stockholm Arlanda Airport terminal 5.

With a Submariner, a Rolex wallet, a few cards and a stack of cash I can't go wrong.

So we try to find the plane.

Yes Reykjavik, Iceland is the destination

The nice hotel.

And our room.

This have cost me a fortune in NYC. LOL

So now we have to see how the city looks.

It's not so cold but a little windy.

Who said you can't use a MB cab as a light truck? You only need some inventiveness. LOL

They like big cakes here, maybe it's made in Texas?  LOL

Then we went up to the church in the middle of the city.

They do some work on it.

It's really a impressive building.

What a organ!!! Where have I heard that before? LOL

I feel sorry for the cleaner.

Then I have to visit the Rolex dealer.

And here we really can see the crisis on Iceland on this smorgasbord.

There was more inside.

Next stop is Thingvellir the world's first parliament, a beautiful place.

What a landscape.

I was lucky, it looks like it is ok to throw swedish crowns at the water. LOL

At the evening we went to The Pearl a resturant in the city. I have 6 tanks with the water to the city

of Reykjavik. The resturant floor was moving so you can see the city from the windows. One turn

takes 2 hours.

Next stop is the Geysir where one of the oldest geyser is.

Boiling water.

And the big one.

Here we have to wait, you never know when it comes up. It was very cold and the hands freeze to

ice. So I wait.

And I wait.

And when it comes without warning the camera din't got time enough to focus.

Next time I will have my DSLR with me and a nice pair of gloves.

So this is the best I got of it.

5 seconds later it was gone.

So I went up to the Gullfoss the golden waterfall and try to shot a few ones.

Unfortunately so was it near the wind have get me into it, so it was not safe out there.

So finally we went to a little more nice and relaxing place, The Blue Lagoon.

It's a very special place.

The water is light blue and it's around 40 degree centigrade and it's 5 degree

centigrade outside. So you have to strip and run into the water very fast. LOL

Sometimes it feels like you burning your skin at the hot water.

It feels very strange to stand in the warm water with cold ears. LOL

You can relax and get some treatment here too.

Or just have a nice time with your girlfriend/wife.
