The first stop was in Edinburgh for a short trip in town and some food.

A quick stop at The Palace of Holyroodhouse.

Now it's enough. :-))

Then into the city.

I hope not all Scots looks like this. :-))

It's hard not to run into a bagpipe.

Then we come up to the little village Pitlochry where we should live for a few days.

The view of the hotel is awesome.

We got our room in "the new part" with heating system and all. :-))

There was a Alvis meeting in the village so the hotel parking was occupied of those cars that was made between 1920-1967.

There was both perfect cars and some with patina.

So I take a hike around the hotel befor we check in.

Not bad.

Nice and calm lounge.

A real joy to sit in the restaurant and eat for this view.

Hmm, what to do here?

Heater is something there is a lot of.

And in "our" village they made jewelry of it.

Here is some more info about it: Heathergems

Lets go further down the road.

This Aston Martin will fits perfect in my garage.

The main street of Pitlochry.

Nice and calm.

At least for a few minutes. :-)))

Then we went to The Clan Macnab's burial ground.

Up around Loch Tay to The Stirling Castle.

Some dance.

What a view.

No one in the prison today.

Testing of a dress.

Nice inside of the roof.

Another roof.

Being in Scotland without trying some whiskey is not possible.

The Famous Groose.

Towser The Cat.

Unfortunately it was not allowed to photograph inside the distillery so it had to be outdoors photos here.

Loch Ness, no Nessie was visible.

Now we getting close to The Urquhart Castle, or what is left of it.

The landscape is awesome.

Of course, another bagpipe.

The Memorial Place.

Once that is clear you can see any distance.

Ok we take another one, now Blair Castle.

There is an awesome collection of weapons since The Duke of Atholl is the only one in Scotland with a private army. Unfortunately, the photo ban this as well.

But a couple of pictures from the ballroom was made.

And of course Johny shows up at the hotel.

Thats it my friends, I hope you enjoy the little trip.
